Design submitted by Nakamoto on 20 April ’07. Stain glass in stairwell is under consideration. The structure to the right of the elevator/stairwell is reflective of the original Koza design.
April has been a very busy month for the Relocation for Revival, with the architectural package nearing completion. The floor plans and basic layout have been completed along with the carpet and linoleum breakdown. This past Friday was our first meeting with the mechanical and electrical sub-contractor, during which time we made progress concerning the positioning of air conditioners and lighting. Additionally, the bath and kitchen appliances were discussed in detail.
The week also included the formal approval of the land survey, as the Pastor and Dan Toups walked off the boundaries with the surveyor. Following the land survey we sat with Nakamoto representatives to approve the forwarding Article Six Red Clay Environmental Compliance Plan. This is a required report stating there is an existing plan necessary to protect adjacent neighbors for having to deal with red clay runoffs.
Comments and suggestions are encouraged as we complete the architectural phase and prepare to move on to the new construction. Continue to pray for the sale of the remaining land.
