If Typhoon Condition 1 Caution (TC-1C) is declared at least one hour  prior to the scheduled start time of services (i.e. 7:00 AM Sunday  morning) all  services will be CANCELLED.

If  All Clear is declared at least 1 hour prior to the scheduled start time of services (i.e. 7:00 AM Sunday morning) services WILL BE CONDUCTED at normal time.
