Community groups

We believe the hard work of community pays off in real joy, real life and real hope as we discover those things in life that really are worth living for. At Koza we would love for you to join a community group and begin to discover life the way it was meant to be. We have community groups all over the island where you can plug in and find connection, friendship, and discipleship.

If joining a community group is too big of a first step for you then we also have several other medium size environments that may be a better "jumping in" point for you. We encourage you to come to one of our Women by Grace Bible Studies, Re|Engage Marriage Ministry, Men's Fraternity, ESL, or MOP's (Mother's of Preschoolers) so that you can begin to experience life the way it was meant to be lived - in authentic, life enhancing and life-changing community.

As a part of Koza Baptist Church, you are welcome to use and become part of our Online Community. The Online Community is a great way to get connected to what is happening at Koza and take steps in connecting with our fellowship. When you log in, you will be able to see your own profile information, the groups you are participating in, the positions you hold, your own giving record, events you might be interested in, and easily communicate with other members, and much more! You can update your profile information and make sure that our records are correct.

SOME THINGS YOU CAN DO IN THE ONLINE COMMUNITY *

Learn about events * Sharing with your groups * Join Discussion Forums * Look-up contact info for your friends * Print your Giving Statement (Available in PDF format under the financial tab) * Find new ministry opportunities How do I use the online community? The best way to see what the Koza Baptist Church is about, is to visit the website and use your login and password and “look around”. If you decide you don’t want to be part of the community, you can at anytime request to be “unlisted” and merely discontinue using it. It works as a personal calendar, a church calendar, a program of events, and a communication tool between members and groups. We hope that you will be able to get better connected by participating in “Discussions”, looking for “Groups” that may be of interest to you and then joining one! You may also find a place to use your gifts by looking at our volunteer “Positions”.
