Our specific strategy to be effective ...
We believe in working directly in partnership with Indigenous Leaders & Ministries for overall long term impact, unity in the larger body of Christ, and the richness of cross-cultural relationships whenever possible.
We mobilize the people of Koza Baptist Church mainly through the sending of short-term mission teams that are well trained, led, and launched in support of our partner ministries.
Our strategy is led by volunteers with staff support and are the environments where we continually labor with urgency depending on God's power. We are continually assessing our effectiveness and seek to work with excellence.

Goals
In Koza Baptist Church
- Ongoing, we seek to keep the church informed and encouraged to pray for our partner nations and ministries through regular communication and leveraging corporate gatherings. We want people to gain a heart for reaching the lost and making disciples.
- Ongoing, we want to mobilize short-term mission teams of the all ages to partner with our ministry partners globally. We want to provide ample opportunities for individuals to be part of a mission team (local and global) while at Koza and we'd prefer our global mission teams to be about 50% first-time team members.
- Annually, we provide a large, organized giving opportunity to advance God's work globally. We want to see a large percentage of people become generous towards the nations while funding our partners well.
In Okinawa
- In tandem with our ministry partners, we seek to see Okinawans submit their lives to Jesus, be on mission with God, and get involved in the local church. All of this while serving the needs of people, demonstrating that we are transformed, children of God.
- In tandem with our ministry partners, we seek to engage and reach the Unengaged, Unreached People Groups (UUPGs) of the Okinawan islands.
In Asia-Pacific
Cambodia
In tandem with our ministry partners, we seek to support the work of ending child sex slavery through prevention and caring for rescued children.
Taiwan
In tandem with our ministry partners, we seek to support the missionary task of reaching the unreached people of Taiwan with the Gospel.
Philippines
In tandem with our ministry partners, we seek to support the work of providing family-centered care and hope for children who have experienced trauma in Metro Manilla.
India
In tandem with our ministry partners, we seek to support the missionary task of reaching the unreached people of India with the Gospel through the planting of churches. In tandem with our ministry partners, we seek to support the training and equipping of indigenous pastors and lay-leaders.

To The Ends of The Earth
Ongoing, we seek to train, equip, and mobilize followers of Christ who are on mission with God. Everyone is on a missional journey, and we seek to send individuals and families throughout the world to continue serving in ministry as God leads in order to have a Kingdom impact.
